1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NTNS website (ntns.ai) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and NTNS ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

NTNS provides AI-powered voice receptionist and lead management services for local businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • 24/7 AI voice receptionist that answers and handles inbound calls
  • Automated lead capture, qualification, and follow-up
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar integration
  • Lead reactivation campaigns
  • Automated review collection and reputation management
  • CRM setup and management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or fraudulent content
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services, servers, or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the AI receptionist for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our technology
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written consent

6. AI Voice Services & Call Recording

Our AI receptionist answers calls on behalf of subscribing businesses. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Calls handled by our AI may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, and improvement purposes
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining necessary consents from callers
  • The AI receptionist communicates on your behalf and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information and instructions you provide to configure it
  • While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors, and we are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI communications

7. Payment & Billing

Certain services require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide valid and current payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, trademarks, and materials on our website and within our services — including the NTNS name, logo, AI models, software, and design — are the exclusive property of NTNS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM systems, calendar tools, communication services). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • NTNS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or profits resulting from the use or inability to use our services

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NTNS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our services will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period
  • All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect (including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution)

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Washington.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
