No. Starter, Growth, and Scale plans have zero setup fees. You pay the monthly flat fee and you're live. Enterprise plans require a one-time setup investment ($2,500–$7,500) due to custom EHR/EMR integrations and dedicated infrastructure. Overage charges only apply if you exceed your plan's included minutes or SMS.
You'll be charged at your plan's overage rate for any usage beyond the included amount. Starter: $0.95/min and $0.08/SMS. Growth: $0.85/min and $0.07/SMS. Scale: $0.75/min and $0.06/SMS.
